A Thoughtful Storage and Furniture Arrangement Allows Us to Offer a Design That Can Be Updated Over Time
We were commissioned to design this space early after the entire building was built. Our new program included wide living room and kitchen, home theater, a master bedroom - and the most important feature: a rooftop swimming pool.
Onda is a premium independent tequila seltzer brand, inspired by the surf style of the ‘90s. Designed to raise the standards in the market, by focusing on high-integrity ingredients drinkers actually want to drink. The brand saw continued growth off of the surge in popularity of malt-based hard seltzer and vodka-based RTDs in 2021. Recently, SIP entered into an agreement with the company, granting us access to their salesforce, which will be allocated for PLAY Hard Seltzer.
